Richard Randall is one of the most popular interior designers on TV - his recent work includes ITV1's '60 Minute Makeover' and 'Our Home' on UKTV. He also runs his own extremely successful design and wedding planning business - RANDALL.
Richard's first taste of fame came when he was taken on by 'Camera Kids' at 12 years old and landed a modelling contract with a large clothes retailer.
He spent his childhood helping his father in his decorating business so knew from a young age he wanted to work within the interior design arena. Upon leaving school Richard began working for Laura Ashley and almost immediately became head of display for the West Midlands area. A few years later he was running his own design company where work included exhibition stands.
Over a two year period he converted a granary into a house! He also turned some disused outbuildings into work studios. Richard began to work with the reputable Stubbs Hunk Designs, illustrating cards, gift wrap and hand-painted furniture, supplying Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdales to name but a few.
Richard's television break came when Channel 4's 'The Big Breakfast' scouted him. You can find out more about some of his TV appearances here.

A project where the top designers in the country each designed a room in a "real" house and then the property was sold off for a huge profit. Richard also appeared on this show giving the A to Z of top tips for house renovation and design.
Recently Richard has appeared on 'Tonight with Trevor McDonald' for ITV1 prime time and thoroughly enjoyed the more investigative journalism approach to the programme.
Most recently Richard has been designing and presenting '60 Minute Makeover' for ITV, being involved from the very beginning and now enjoys the shows success. He is currently filming the 6th series.
